Worst internet company I have ever dealt with, random disconnects, even if you only owe 38 dollars, terrible service slow internet. Frequent outages, they require a huge deposit to set you up, they use antique equipment. If you have ANY other option use it. Park region sucks
These people are robbing me monthly. 70+ dollars a month and my download speed is in the kilobytes. I've had dial up faster than this. I'm stuck with this horrible internet and their terrible prices because no one else offers it in my area. If you have any other choice take it for the love of god. Awful!
Terrible people with absolutely no regard to customer service whatsoever. Overcharge on every bill, slow internet, frequent outages. They do not care one bit they do all that they can to milk the customer for every single dollar they can.
We've been a PRTEL customer since 2013. We've been very happy with the customer service and internet speed.
$70 a month and my download speeds are in the kilobytes. Can't have my phone and tv on wifi at the same time. Customer service is no help, just want me to up my package for faster speeds, I want the speed I'm promised with this package before I "upgrade." No other internet company comes out my way but if you have another option take it, this is worse than dialup.
